Plaid: Edgy Rock and Moto Chic

Plaid is a classic print that never really go out of style and it comes back stronger than ever this season. It is THE trend that is all over the runway. Plaid comes in many different colors but red is gotta be the most popular shade when it comes to the whole punk and grunge trend, esp when mixed with leather or faux leather accents.

For today's look, I started with this black tee that has "INSPIRE ME" printed on the front. This shirt has an edgy and rock feel, so I went with that direction and opted with a pair of red skinny jeans that goes perfectly with the top. For shoes, instead of going with black ankle booties, I chose this pair of black sneakers with gold accents I recently got from H&M which ties well with the casual black and white tone top. To give this whole look the final touch, I put on this plaid print faux leather moto jacket I newly acquired from Urban Outfitters for such a steal. I just love the whole look and feel of this jacket that are both on trend and versatile. Since it was a rainy day, so I threw on this hat which I thought goes so well together with this whole edgy rock and moto chic look.

Normally I like to plan out my outfits but for today, I had no clue what I wanted to wear. I browse thru my closet and came across this shirt that literally "INSPIRED ME" to come up with today's look. This is not a look I frequent much but I love trying out and coming up with different styles. This is a great outfit for those busy weekends where you will be doing lots of  running around cuz these sneakers are made for walking.
